Robin J. Peterson

July 2000 to Present:

Robin Peterson founded and opened Robin J. Peterson Company, LLC in July of 2000 as a specialized and targeted Law Practice representing Cleveland’s Injured Workers and their families in all phases of Ohio Workers’ Compensation.  Since that time he has represented countless injured Ohioans. From handling thousands of Appeals and Industrial Commission Hearings to attending and appearing in countless State Court proceedings, Robin has pursued and obtained winning results for his Clients at Robin J. Peterson Company, LLC now for over 2 decades.

1990 to July 2000:

While attending Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Robin learned his trade Clerking full-time under respected Workers’ Compensation Attorney Barry Trattner and then subsequently working with the regarded Cleveland Law Firm Nurenberg Paris (f.k.a. Nurenberg, Plevin, Heller, & McCarthy) where he rose from Law Clerk to Associate to Principal and where he led and managed the Firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice for over 6 years.

Prior to 1990:

Following High School in Northwestern Detroit, Robin attended Kent State University as a scholarship athlete and member of the Golden Flash Football Program where he graduated from the School of Business majoring in Accounting.
